Return & Refund Policy – Agile Expressions

At Agile Expressions, each item is handmade with care in my Tucson shop.

Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final.

I donot accept returns or offer refundsunless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

 

I will send a replacement or issue a refund in situations where damage occurred during shipping or a defect was present upon arrival.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Many items begin processing immediately after purchase.
